By simply entering the registered mobile number, they will get detailed information and real-time updates about the status of their shipments.

myBlu app guarantees a hassle-free experience. It offers customizable notifications that keep the consignee informed at every step of the delivery process - from the moment his package is picked up to the time it’s delivered to his doorstep. No more missed deliveries or worrying about the safety of the package.

After downloading the app through:

The customer will enter the mobile phone number registered on the order to log into the myBlu app.



All of the consignee's orders linked to their mobile phone number will appear.

 myBlu app allows the customer to:

  • Track the shipment.
  • Pay for the shipment through various payment methods such as (Flash, Value, Credit Card, E-wallet).
  • Contact ShipBlu Client Support team.


  • Evaluate the delivery courier and the service provided during the shipping experience.
