Instant Payout

This feature allows you to receive up to 80% of the confirmed collected COD for delivered orders, minus shipping and service fees, any amounts on hold, and any refunds.

You can initiate an "Instant Payout" by simply pressing a button on your Account Page any day from Sunday to Thursday before 12:00 PM [Egypt Time].
The confirmed cash will then be transferred on the same day before 3:00 PM, subject to a 1% fee plus EGP 70 bank transfer fees.

You can request an instant payout by

Clicking on "Finances" below "Account " and then "Overview."
Click on the "Instant Payout" button below "Cash on the way" before 12:00 PM [Egypt Time].

Confirm Payout

A summary of the amount to be transferred and the applied fees (1% + EGP 70 bank transfer fees) will be displayed. If you agree with the amount, you can click on "Confirm."
